JavaScript Job: Java Developer for US company

Reforma Bytes Inc. is a high-tech nearshore company providing IT services to Fortune 1000 companies.

We are looking for Java Developers to join our Development team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are looking for proactive people, team players passionate about programming in this language, and oriented to provide the best experience to the end-user.

These developers will face numerous technical challenges, so they must use current technologies, and get involved in the mobile world, web applications, devices, etc.

What you’ll do:

• Develop chat and speech bot applications using clients' platforms, NodeJs and Java.
• Do analysis, design, testing, development, and debugging enterprise applications, libraries, and tools.
• Work with Service Delivery Leads to extract requirements from clients, do business analysis, plan deployments, execute and test implementations.
• Develop data adapter code using NodeJs or Java to integrate disparate client enterprise systems with clients' applications
• Provide second-level technical support for client-specific application deployments.
• Use of shell scripting and Unix tools to test and automate tasks
• Support the sales team with rapid generation of demos and prototypes.
• Participate in technical/non-technical calls with clients

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Java Development Experience or NodeJS Development Experience

• Experience with web application development. (e.g. JavaScript, GWT, PHP, JSP, HTML, Ruby)

• Experience with web services technology (i.e., SOAP, REST, etc.).

• Experience in Agile/Scrum - Ideal

• Solid communications skills, both written and verbal

• Advanced English level
